Mobile Applications Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy governs your use of the software applications "Good Morning Images", "Happy Birthday Cards", and similar mobile applications (collectively referred to as the "Applications") created by Funimada.com and Davno.ru. The Applications feature collections of original images designed and animated by Andrei Balashov specifically for mobile use.

1. What information do the Applications obtain and how is it used?

User-Provided Information

The Applications obtain the information you provide when you download and register. Registration is optional; however, please keep in mind that you may not be able to use certain features offered by the Applications unless you register with us.

When you register and use the Applications, you generally provide: (a) your email address associated with your Google Play ID (to allow us to send push notifications); (b) transaction-related information, such as when you respond to offers, download, or use our applications; and (c) information you provide when contacting our support team.

We may also use the information you provide to contact you occasionally with important updates, required notices, and relevant promotional materials.

Automatically Collected Information

In addition, the Applications may collect certain information automatically. This includes, but is not limited to: the type of mobile device you use, your device's unique ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, and analytical data about how you interact with the Applications.

2. Do the Applications collect precise real-time location data?

No. These Applications do not collect precise information about the geographic location of your mobile device.

3. Do third parties have access to information obtained by the Applications?

Yes. We will share your information with third parties only in the ways described in this Privacy Policy. We may disclose User-Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

• As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal processes;
• When we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, ensure your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
• With our trusted service providers who work on our behalf, do not have an independent right to use the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement;
• If Davno.ru is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets (you will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on our website of any change in ownership or uses of this information);

4. Automatic Data Collection and Advertising

We may work with analytics companies to help us understand how the Applications are being used, such as frequency and duration of usage. We also work with advertisers and third-party advertising networks, who need to know how you interact with advertising provided within the Applications. This helps us keep the cost of the Applications low (or free). Advertisers and advertising networks use some of the information collected by the Applications, including the unique identification ID of your mobile device. To protect the anonymity of this information, we use encryption technology to ensure these third parties cannot identify you personally.

5. What are my opt-out rights?

There are multiple opt-out options for users of these Applications:

• Opt-out of all information collection by uninstalling the Application: You can stop all data collection easily by uninstalling the Application using the standard uninstall processes available on your mobile device or via the Google Play Store.
• Opt-out via email: You can request to opt-out or have your data deleted by contacting us at davno.ru.app@gmail.com.
• Opt-out of targeted advertising: You may opt-out of the use of information to serve targeted advertising by utilizing the "Opt out of Ads Personalization" feature in your Android system settings.

6. Data Retention Policy & Managing Your Information

We will retain User-Provided data for as long as you use the Applications and for a reasonable timeframe thereafter. Automatically Collected information is retained for up to 24 months and may thereafter be stored in aggregate form. If you would like us to delete User-Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact us at davno.ru.app@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that some User-Provided Data may be necessary for the Applications to function properly.

7. Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, they should contact us at davno.ru.app@gmail.com. We will securely delete such information from our files within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Security

We are dedicated to safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the data we process and maintain. By using the Applications, you are consenting to our processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us. "Processing" means using cookies on a mobile device or utilizing information in any way, including, but not limited to, collecting, storing, deleting, using, combining, and disclosing information. All of these activities take place in the Russian Federation. If you reside outside the Russian Federation, your information will be transferred, processed, and stored there under Russian Federation privacy standards.
